Welcome to T-Shirt Empire. These terms apply when you use www.tshirtempire.com.au or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

T-Shirt Empire is owned and operated by Carl Joseph Paola, New South Wales, Australia. You can reach us at sales@tshirtempire.com.au.

2. Products and pricing

  • All prices are in Australian dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours on screen can differ from the printed garment.
  • We may change prices or products at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. A contract is formed once your order is accepted and goes into production. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, payment fails, or we suspect fraud.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by PayPal, including card payments. We never see or store your card details.

5. Production and delivery

Every tee is printed to order by our fulfilment partner and shipped directly to you. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and can be affected by carriers or events outside our control. Please make sure your delivery address is correct.

6. Returns and refunds

Please see our Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, logos and images on this site are © Carl Joseph Paola, or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Buying a tee gives you the right to wear and enjoy it. It doesn’t give you the right to copy, reproduce or sell the designs. You may not use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or uploading harmful code. You’re responsible for keeping your account login secure.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding the price you paid. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
